My Dad is Funny

A conversation with my Dad on day 3 of the flu. My dad, the consummate republican, offered this sage advice.

Dad: How are you feeling today?

MJ: Not good, Dad. Not good at all.

Dad: Better than yesterday?

MJ: I so desperately want to feel better than I did yesterday. I really, really want to. But it's just not happening.

Dad: Have you thought of texting "HOPE" to 62262? Then you can be the change you believe in.
